Alcohol Service, Guest Conduct And Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy

Lemon Soirée complies fully with the New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Law (ABCL) and all applicable New York City rules, regulations, and permits governing the sale and service of alcohol.

Alcohol Service Policy

Alcohol service is strictly limited to guests 21 years of age or older with valid, government-issued photo identification. Lemon Soirée reserves the right to request identification at any time and to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any guest who is, or appears to be, underage, visibly intoxicated, or impaired, in accordance with New York State law.

Alcohol will not be served to any individual who is visibly intoxicated, and service may be refused at the sole discretion of event staff, bartenders, and security personnel.

Guest Conduct & Removal Rights

Lemon Soirée reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry, refuse service, or remove any guest from the event without refund if a guest engages in behavior that is deemed disruptive, aggressive, threatening, unsafe, or disrespectful toward other guests, event staff, vendors, performers, security personnel, or public service employees.

Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy

Lemon Soirée maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, sexual, discriminatory, intimidating, or threatening behavior, as well as unwanted advances, inappropriate comments, gestures, or contact.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event, revocation of credentials or wristbands, and may involve event security, venue management, or law enforcement, without refund or compensation.

Compliance & Enforcement

Guests must comply with all posted event rules, staff instructions, and applicable New York State and New York City laws. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or further action as permitted by law.

Guests removed for violations of this policy are not entitled to refunds, credits, or re-entry.

By attending/purchasing a ticket for Lemon Soirée, all guests acknowledge and agree that compliance with this policy is a condition of entry and participation.
