Drug-Free, Smoke-Free & Cannabis Compliance Policy

(New York State & NYC Compliance)

Lemon Soirée is a drug-free and smoke-free event. The possession, use, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

Cannabis Compliance (New York State Law)

Under New York State law, while cannabis may be legal for adult use, public consumption is restricted and remains subject to location-based prohibitions, venue rules, and event policies.

Accordingly, the use, smoking, vaping, or consumption of cannabis or cannabis-infused products is strictly prohibited anywhere within the Lemon Soirée event grounds, including outdoor areas, picnic spaces, lounges, and restrooms, regardless of age or possession status.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, tobacco products, hookah, and similar devices are not permitted within the event grounds in compliance with New York State Clean Indoor Air Act, NYC Smoke-Free Air Act, and venue regulations.

Enforcement

Lemon Soirée reserves the right to deny entry, confiscate prohibited items where legally permitted, or remove any guest who violates this policy without refund or re-entry. Security, venue management, or law enforcement may be notified as appropriate.

By attending Lemon Soirée, all guests acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy as a condition of entry.
