🍋✨ VIP Hospitality Disclosure (NYC-Compliant): Your VIP Lounge experience includes a personalized host-led service provided by Lemon Soirée hospitality staff. Gratuity is NOT included in the ticket price and is entirely optional. For guests who wish to acknowledge exceptional service, an 18–20% gratuity is customary and always appreciated. All gratuities go directly to the service staff.

NY Alcohol Compliance Notice: Alcohol is served in accordance with NY State law. Service may be refused to anyone under 21, visibly intoxicated, or acting in a disruptive or harassing manner. Violators may be removed without refund.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending Lemon Soirée, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in the event and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Lemon Soirée, its owners, organizers, partners, vendors, venues, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, or causes of action, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
